Shipping Policies

Local shipping:

FREE SHIPPING within South Africa for all orders over R1500!

We will deliver your parcel straight to your door using one of our courier partners. For this we need:

  1. A physical address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during work hours.
  2. A contact number.

We cannot send parcels to a PO Box address, please supply a physical address.

Courier fees are as follows:

Jewellery, fabric products and unframed paper prints are usually shipped out within 2-3 working days and framed canvas prints can take 7-12 working days to complete before it is shipped. Please see detailed shipping lead times indicated in each product listing.

Courier delivery times are 2-4 working days from the date of collection.

International Shipping:

FREE SHIPPING to any destination worldwide for orders over R3000!

This applies to unframed paper prints only, framed canvas prints are only available in South Africa. If you are ordering from any other location please choose the 'Prints only (paper)' option from the drop down menu.

All international orders are sent with DHL International couriers and will be sent with a tracking number. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for your order to arrive. Any additional customs charges that may occur, must be paid for by the buyer.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis. 

If your item arrives damaged in any way we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel with pictures of the damaged item sent to info@nataschavniekerk.com. A courier will be sent to collect the damaged item and a replacement item will be sent to you. 

If you receive your purchase and you are not entirely happy with it, we offer a full refund policy. In order to qualify for this refund you must contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel at info@nataschavniekerk.com. The items must be returned to us in its original condition and original packaging. The return courier or postal fee will be for your account. As soon as the items have been received back, we will refund you the purchase price in full.
