Shipping Policies

Local Shipping:

FREE SHIPPING within South Africa for all orders over R1000!

For all South African orders we use RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers to deliver your parcel to your door. For this we need:

• A physical address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during work hours.

• A contact number.

We cannot send parcels in South Africa to a PO Box address. If you would prefer a different shipping method, i.e. like sending it to your nearest Post Office or nearest Postnet counter, please email me at info@nataschavniekerk.com to find out about prices and shipping days.

RAM Couriers' shipping fees are as follows:

* R120 per parcel for all orders under R1000

* FREE shipping for all orders over R1000

Small items are usually shipped out within 1-2 working days and print sets can take 1-2 weeks to complete before it is shipped. Please see detailed shipping lead times indicated in each product listing.

Parcels are sent out with RAM Couriers every Wednesday and Friday with delivery time of 2-4 working days.

International Shipping:

FREE SHIPPING to any destination worldwide for orders over R2000!

This applies to unframed print sets only, no framed prints will be sent internationally. Please choose the 'Prints only' option from the drop down menu.

All international orders are sent with DHL International couriers and will be sent with a tracking number. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for your order to arrive. Any additional customs charges that may occur will be paid for by the buyer.

International shipping fees are as follows:

* R500 per parcel for all orders under R2000

* FREE shipping for all orders over R2000

Returns and Refunds:

Returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis. 

If your item arrives damaged in any way we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel with pictures of the damaged item sent to info@nataschavniekerk.com. A courier will be sent to collect the damaged item and a replacement item will be sent to you. 

If you receive your purchase and am not entirely happy with it we offer a full refund policy. In order to qualify for this refund you have to contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel at info@nataschavniekerk.com. The items need to be returned to us in its original condition and original packaging. The return courier or postal fee will be for your account. As soon as the items have been received back we will refund you the purchase price in full.
